At extreme inline sports we believe that inline skating can be enjoyed by everybody regardless of age. There has been much emphasis on maintaining a healthy lifestyle nowadays by the WHO through the form of regular exercise. The sport of inline skating is a great form of cardio vascular exercise, therefore what we in extreme inline sports strive to do is to promote a healthy lifestyle through inline skating as an alternative form of exercise that will be much more fun as compared to conventional exercise.
Our skating programmes are designed by the coaches who have a degree in sports science. This expertise allows us to tailor the teaching method of different skills to be the most bio-mechanically efficient method for each individual. This will allow our students to pick up skills in a more efficient and safer manner. Being able to learn faster also brings more fun and a sense of achievement into the sport which can carry through and improve our daily lives.
